What is Swap to Stop?

Swap to Stop is a free scheme for anyone aged 18 or over in Middlesbrough or Redcar and Cleveland who wants to quit smoking.

We’ll give you a free vape starter kit and vape oils, chosen to suit your needs, to help you swap from cigarettes to something far less harmful.

Smoking is still the biggest cause of early death - around 2 in 3 long-term smokers will die from smoking-related illness.

Vaping is one of the most effective tools to help people stop smoking, and we’re here to guide and support you every step of the way.

How do I get my free vape kit?

To join the Swap to Stop scheme online, visit the Social RX website and fill in our referral form.

What’s the catch?

No catch at all!

The only thing we ask is that we can check in with you after 4 weeks. We’ll just ask how you’re getting on - whether you’ve fully switched to vaping, are using both, or are still smoking.
